WE got some cheapo 4-day park hopper passes through the military (Disney is patriotic and loves the troops) and drove the 12 hours down to Orlando. Sean's parents came from Colorado and met us there. Which was great because it meant that I didn't have to go on the small world ride.
Our first day was spent at the Magic Kingdom. I can confirm that it is magic. The weather was beautiful and the lines were short.
Favourite ride:
Sean: Thunder Mountain Railroad
Juliet: thunder mtn, tea party and under the sea
Will: tomorrowland speedway
Zac: Buzz lightyear
Elise: Under the Sea (really she was captivated)
Favourite Lines:

Juliet: look zac we're flying!
zac: no mummy its just a lever...

Will: mum its a great ride! really fun! not annoying at all.

Zac: i have to go on it again and again until it breaks
Other goodies:
William begged to go on space mountain and he nearly had me convinced until we went on the pirates of the Caribbean ride and he held my hand super tight for the 2 seconds its dark.
if elise walked into a shop with grandpa berensen she always came out with something. too cute for her own good.

Day 2 - Epcot
So I've heard rumours that Epcot is kinda boring but I thought it was really great. does that make me boring?
Fav ride:
Sean: test track - you got to design your own car then take it for a spin
Juliet: turtle talk with crush, seeing mary poppins and alice in wonderland.
Will: Test Track or the space one or the dinosaurs
Zac: test track
Elise: finding nemo
other goodies:
The boys got to go on a secret mission with perry the platypus.
We could have met lots of princesses but the boys didn't want any of it. I did get isaac to have a pic with aurora because there was no line.
We ate fish and chips for lunch that weren't horrible
Zac asked crush the turtle a question - What do you eat? and the turtle answered, i'd love to see what kind of technology is behind that. maybe. if they can explain it in 2 minutes or less.

Day 3 - Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom
So if you are going to skip a disney park skip animal kingdom. Everyone really loved mount everest roller coaster except for zac who wasn't tall enough yet. The boys loved the dinosaur ride. Elise loved the fish.
The second ride we went on was a spinny one so i went with William and we got to go on it twice without getting off....well as soon as we were going up again William turns to me and says i feel sick. So i spent the entire ride trying to teach him how to spot so he wouldnt get dizzy and hoping that he wouldn't puke all over me. he didn't.
Seeing all the animals was nice but since we were spoilt living so close to the houston zoo we probably could have skipped most of animal kingdom. So at around 4ish we left the park and drove back to Magic kingdom to go on a couple of rides we missed and to see the electrical lights parade.

Day 4 - Hollywood Studios
I started off the day with the three kiddos by myself because sean and his parents wanted to go back to animal kingdom to go on everest again.
Fav ride:
Sean: aerosmith rollercoaster
Juliet: toy story
Will: aerosmith rollercoaster, star tours (he went on this one 4 times)
Zac: tower of terror
Elise: honey i shrunk the kids playground
At hollywood studios we saw a very cool stunt show with cars, trucks, jet skis, motorbikes and even lightning mcqueen.
Zac got to meet jake the pirate, phineas and ferb, mcqueen, mater, buzz, woody and a green army guy. William was too shy/cool to go and say hi to any of them.
we missed out on quite a few rides here because we didn't really time it with the shows we wanted to see.
It was an action packed four days, very fun, very exhausting and we are totally going back when zac is a little taller. Anyone want to come with us? like january 2015?
