We finally went to Brazos Bend Alligator Park. We went with some friends and no one got eaten! A little strange since you would think walking around a lake filled with alligators they would come out and eat you but apparently they aren't like crocodiles and bascially just like to sit around sun bathing. So a warning to all americans, if you should happen to go to australia do not go near anything that looks similar to an alligator because its really a crocodile and you'll get eaten. really. Steve Urwin was crazy nuts.

| Then we went and ate lunch and walked down by the lake. See that alligator back there? yep and that one was pretty far away compared to other we saw on our trek aroun the lake. |

good to know about gators and crocodiles! I always just figured they lived in different places. Kinda like turtles and tortises, there's probably a difference there but again, I'm clueless.
